Carly Hollrah

CEO & Founder

Carly is the founder of Hollrah Wellness & Aesthetics. She is a proud Mandeville native, SSA Alumnae and board certified nurse practitioner. She is an aesthetic nurse injector and wellness specialist with an eye for clinical outcomes and aesthetic improvements. Carly started Hollrah Wellness with dreams and one goal in mind- to revamp and reimagine the Northshore’s Medspa industry in her beloved hometown. She prides herself on pushing the envelope to achieve the best results and lifelong client relationships- right here in the town that raised her. She always has her finger on the pulse of the Northshore’s aesthetic goals – natural, refreshed, and never overdone. Her work shines through her patients’ results. When she’s not injecting – you can find her spending time with her fighter pilot husband and three beautiful children, running around the Northshore. When you become Carly’s client, you become her friend. She looks forward to achieving your aesthetic goals together.

Practice Coordinator

Katie is the gem of our practice. She is our friendly and competent patient care coordinator. With years of experience in the beauty industry, she thrives in customizing the client’s experience. She is the warm, welcoming spirit that our patients have come to know and love. Katie is a proud Madisonville native and an amazing mother of 5. When she is not running Hollrah Wellness & Aesthetics, you can find her at the ball field or dating her husband of 17 years.

Casey Barnes

NP

Casey was born and raised in Covington, Louisiana. She is board-certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and has over 10 years of experience in women’s health. Her background has given her a skilled understanding of anatomy, hormonal influences, and individualized patient care-skills that translate seamlessly into delivering safe, natural, and personalized wellness care and aesthetic treatments. With a strong clinical foundation for women’s health, Casey has a passion for aesthetic medicine. She is committed to evidence-based treatments, patient safety, and individualized care that support both confidence and long-term wellness. She loves creating a welcoming, supportive environment where clients feel educated, understood, and truly cared for.

Esthetician

My name is Alyssa Dacal. I am a licensed Esthetician. I pride myself in helping others feel confident in their own skin. I love everything that has to do with skin and beauty. In my free time away from being with my clients, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. I specialize in highly customized facials, Skin Pen microneedling and dermaplaning. I love curating skincare regimens for at home use as well as tailoring in office treatments.

Heidi Forster

Aesthetician

Heidi has spent nearly 15 years in the aesthetics world, combining experience, passion, and a love for truly transformative skin care. She’s obsessed (in the best way!) with all things lasers and resurfacing, and she believes there’s nothing more rewarding than helping someone feel confident in their skin.

When she’s not doing what she loves professionally, Heidi is happily wrapped up in life with her daughter—her best friend, her sidekick, and her entire heart.

Hi, I’m Jacqueline! I’m a licensed aesthetician originally from New York with over 10 years of experience in the beauty industry. After years as a professional makeup artist, my love of makeup evolved into a deeper curiosity about skin… how it works, how to care for it and how the right treatments can make a real difference. I love taking a personalized, results driven approach while making every patient feel comfortable and confident in their skin.

When I’m not at work, I love trying new restaurants, finding great food and exploring New Orleans, one of my favorite cities in the world.

My journey as a nurse practitioner has allowed me the opportunity to focus on health promotion and education, which I have brought to Hollrah Wellness & Aesthetics. Recognizing the significant impact of weight in womens health, I am passionate about helping women achieve their weight loss goals through evidence-based approaches. From improved self-esteem to reduced risk of chronic diseases, the impact of weight loss on overall well-being cannot be overstated. I aspire to help women to not only look and feel beautiful, but to embrace their beauty with confidence at Hollrah Wellness & Aesthetics.
